Azac Smokers was founded on a single obsession — to bring the art of authentic slow-smoking to Bangalore, with complete integrity of ingredients.
Every cut of meat we serve is hand-selected, dry-rubbed with our proprietary spice blend, and smoked low and slow over real wood for 8 to 14 hours. The result is meat that falls apart at the touch and carries a deep, complex smoke flavour that cannot be rushed or faked.
We are 100% Halal certified, use absolutely no MSG or artificial flavourings, and every dish is prepared fresh to order.
